When providing a quote for copy-editing or proofreading we may ask you to send us three to five pages from the middle of the manuscript (document, thesis, etc) so that we can see the level of work required for the project.

If you have an audio transcription project we may ask you to provide a sample of the audio file so we can determine the quality of the recording.

If the project requires you to send us large files we prefer to use DropBox rather than email. Alternatively, we can provide a password to our Client section so you can upload the files directly to our server.
