Doing some research on a personal writing project on the subject of mermaids and serendipitously came across The Mermaid and Mrs Hancock () by Imogen Hermes Gowar at Waterstones—a favourite shopping spot at Christmas time. I’ve only just started reading it so I will give a review at a later date; so far so good though.
