A hassle-free service for people who travel or attend conferences internationally and those needing to set up meetings.
Take the tedium out of travelling, let me deal with the travel agents, hotels, etc. I will source the:
- best prices
- most direct flight / train route for you
- most convenient and welcoming hotels
Once you have approved all the arrangements I will provide a full itinerary.
I can source meeting venues and make any necessary arrangements such as booking projection, recording, or IT equipment, short-listing menus and wine lists, and reserving any overnight accommodation that may be required.
Full itineraries and maps will be e-mailed, faxed, or posted to you and, if required, distributed to fellow travellers or clients attending your meeting or event.
