Editorial Assistant, Editorial Assistance
Our Editorial Assistant service provides all-round support for your publishing project. This includes document preparation, manuscript typing/scanning, proofreading, and project management, ie. correspondence, invoicing, mail shots, etc.
We can carry out basic picture research for your projects as well as commissioning artwork for logos, illustrations, presentations, and publishing projects.
If you need copies of your manuscript printed and distributed to Literary Agents or Publishers, or sent out for peer review, we can do this for you. We can also keep track of manuscripts, sending gentle reminders, and compiling responses for you.
Maybe you're compiling a collection of articles or an anthology of poems or short stories; if so, we can help to manage your project by encouraging authors to send in their material within deadlines, transcribing audio recordings, handling invoices, etc.
