I can set up a personalised e-mail account which you can give out to clients or, if preferred, your present e-mail address can be used.
The service provides busy individuals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners too busy to sift through endless e-mails—or those without regular access to a computer—a helping hand. If you're away from your office at a conference, on holiday, or sick, I can maintain your inbox so that you don't return to hundreds of messages, and respond to any new enquiries, sending any promotional material, catalogues, etc, on your behalf.
I will keep track of your e-mail account regularly throughout each day. Urgent messages will be forwarded to you via e-mail, fax, phone, or SMS (whichever you specify). Any spammed junk mail will be deleted. I will then send an appropriate confirmation of receipt to those messages not in need of urgent attention and forward these to you.
I can also design and maintain your eZine or newsletter, as well as provide a distribution service. You will need to send me a list of your subcribers e-mail addresses and any other groups to whom you may regularly send Reports or Minutes, etc. Then, all you need to do is send me the file and I will make sure it gets e-mailed to the appropriate people with any personalised comments you have for each group.
