Diary Management
This is a personalised service, giving your clients a professional and efficient method of setting up appointments with you.
We can set up a personal e-mail account for your customers to e-mail their appointment details/requests or, if preferred, your present address can be used. When your client's request has been received via e-mail, phone, or fax I will access your online diary to 'pencil-in' the appointment. As soon as you have approved the date and time, your client will be contacted to confirm the appointment. At this point we can provide them with any venue details, maps, etc.
One-to-one and group meetings can also be scheduled. Provide me with the contact details and I will liaise on your behalf to make sure the meeting is scheduled at a convenient date and time to suit all parties.
You will have access to your diary online wherever you are in the world!
