This is a personalised service, giving your clients a professional and efficient method of setting up appointments with you.

We set up a personal e-mail account for your customers to e-mail their appointment details/requests or, if preferred, your present address can be used. When your client's request has been received I will access your diary to 'pencil-in' the appointment. As soon as you have approved the date/time, your client will be contacted to confirm the appointment.

One-to-one and group meetings can also be scheduled by Cyber Guinevere. Provide me with the contact details and I will liaise on your behalf to make sure the meeting is scheduled at a convenient date and time to suit all parties.

You will have access to your diary online wherever you are in the world!
